My name is Sylvia Nicholson; and I am the owner of WPM Asset Resources (Where Properties Matter), located in Sarasota County Florida. A little bit about me, my career began in the United States Navy, where I served this great Country as a flight deck Captain. After my military service ended, I decided to pursue a long-standing career as a Senior Director and Vice President of Human Resources. My Spouse, has had an extensive background in property management, both residential and commercial real estate.

After much discussion, we decided that our latter goals in life were better suited where our passion lies; and that's continuing our endeavor of managing properties or in this case, assisting homeowners in mitigating both minuscule and catastrophic issues, while preserving their assets. One of the single most valuable items a person acquires in this lifetime, is their home and perhaps a vacation home. When properties are dormant for extended periods of time, homeowners are ill-prepared to handle what weather, faulty construction and/or dated materials might present; and let's not even consider criminal acts or vandalism. That's where WPM Asset Resources, LLC can assist in mitigating enormous costs and losses.
